How I started
I didn't have a plan. I just kept doing the next thing that needed doing.
I started my first business at 16, with no investors and not much of an idea what I was doing.
I've made a lot of mistakes since then, and most of what I know came from fixing them.
Now I spend part of my time helping people who are where I was, trying to get their first thing off the ground.
